Own a piece of fashion history with this beautiful Edwardian dress!
This listing is for one dress. The textile is unmarked, silk. Black mesh over a reflective ivory fabric. Short, sheer black mesh sleeves, intricate sequin and beading details on the bodice and apron, a weighted belt, and a long skirt. Absolutely gorgeous!
Condition: Very Good - Elastic has been added to the sleeve cuffs, but could be easily removed. There is discoloration on the front of the dress, it is hidden by the black mesh skirt panel. There is one split in the mesh on the wearer's right sleeve, right past the shoulder seam, and a repair behind the right arm. The belt is missing two snaps, there are faint underarm stains, there are large repairs at the hem, and minor nicks to the fabric throughout. This dress is wearable if worn carefully, but it is in delicate condition.
