This is a felted wool coat in navy blue with double breasted silver buttons and an adjustable belted back. The shoulders and sleeves are lined in tan. The sleeves and in large, fold over cuffs that can be adjusted to add or remove a bit of length if necessary, 24" is the shortest they can go.
