1930s Black Dress with Illusion Jacket

Sold Out

Product Details

This beautiful 1930s dress is designed to look like a matching jacket, top, and skirt. The textile is unmarked, black, in either wool or a wool blend. This dress has shoulder pads, elbow length sleeves, soutache trim, a fabric tie at the neck, and a straight skirt. The "shiny" parts on the skirt are where you can see the mannequin through the dress, not iron shine. The soutache is worn in places near the jacket hem, there is a visible repair in the skirt, and there are some overall nicks/wear to the fabric at the skirt. All of these issues are subtle and this dress presents nicely and is ready to wear.
