This navy blue short sleeve party dress by Frances Prisco is flocked in stylized cream-colored leaves and has two linings: one a red-hemmed crinoline, the other an eggplant-colored satin. There is matching eggplant-colored ribbon detailing at the back. Imagine the flashes of color when you walk!

Condition Details: Lining has slight fade near hem - not visible when worn. Lining peaks out below the hem a little bit. There is one pea-sized stain on lining at hem at front left center. Dress presents beautifully.
