This white skirt has a tie closure and decorative hem. A beautiful 1900s piece.

Condition: Very Good
Condition Details: Half of tie closure at waist is missing. Several small holes and a 1" tear in the waistband. There are many holes in this garment varying in size from pinholes to .25". Many of the flaws are lost in the folds or would not be visible with a slip worn underneath.
