There is glittery discoloration at the armpits most likely a deodorant stain from previous wear. There are some loose and/or missing sequins from the front of the bodice but not in noticeable quantities. The fishing line in the hem is beginning to come out on the lowest ruffle at the back. There are also what look like small yellow paint stains along the hem of the lowest ruffle back.
