This is such a unusual dress, the black detail really adds a unique touch! This is a light blue dress with flocked black squiggles all over and small set rhinestones arouss the neckline. I have not had this dress cleaned. It is a bit dingy around the inside of the collar and has some underarm marks. Overall this dress is in great condition.
