I have had a few Martha Weathered pieces and the thing that always stands out is the quality construction, they are always so beautifully made! This dress is no exception. A perfect little black dress! Sleeveless, with a wide boat neck (wearer's shoulders should be no smaller than 15") and fitted bodice. Three layers of silk chiffon ruffles from the shoulders to the bust. Waistband is wide and sewn in six pleats. Hips are full, skirt is straight. Classic styling, nicely tailored. Main textile is unmarked, feels like rayon, fully lined in silk.
