The sleeves on this 1980s Vicky Tiel dress make such a statement! The textile is 100% silk in black and is fully lined. This dress has an off the shoulder style with very puffed, short sleeves. There is boding throughout the waist, and the skirt hits above the knee. There are small gussets on each side, these may not be original to the dress - they look like professional repairs.
