1950s Hattie Carnegie Black Gown with Flocked Flowers

Sold Out

Product Details

This listing is for one dress. Textile is unmarked. Hattie Carnegie floral gown. This is a lovely black gown with flocked red flowers and a squared neckline. Four back buttons. Textile has a light silky feel. Boning through the bodice. The armholes have been altered and there is a spot on both sides where there is very little seam allowance left around the underarm area. A flower has been been added on to the front just below the waistline. There is a small white mark on the front right of the skirt and subtle red markings on the left side of the bust. Small picked line also on the left bust. These issues are subtle and the piece presents beautifully overall.
