An elegant cocktail dress in navy blue and black silk damask in an abstract cloud like pattern. Light weight, good for summer wear. Portrait collar frames the face beautifully! Raglan style sleeves with underarm gussets. Fitted through the bodice and waist with seven decorative buttons and a faux peplum in the front center. Pencil style skirt with an overskirt. Unlined. There is a small area on the left overskirt with a touch of iron shine. This small issue is not obvious, dress presents beautifully!
