This listing is for one dress. The textile is unmarked. Psychedelic blue, black, and gold lurex dress. Print is an abstract, sparkly peacock with alternating patterned stripes. Long sleeves and high neck. The shift dress has a small slit in the front. Great party or cocktail dress in a classic 1970s Balmain style!
Condition Details: Very Good - The lining has a small hole at the wearer's back left side about 3" above the hem, not visible when worn. The lining of the bodice has a few other issues: typical fading at contact points and lines of what looks like white paint, not visible when worn. The labels sow signs of heavy wear, which also would be invisible when worn. Beautiful dress that presents very well!
Although not labeled as Pierre Balmain, I have seen it with a label and am comfortable confirming its authenticity. It has been listed at a price reflecting the loss of the label.
