Not only does this dress have sleeves in a great bell shape, the sleeves are made from sheer white lace! Very unique. The textile is unmarked, black velvet with lace at the collar and sheer lace sleeves. The body of this dress is fully lined, but the sleeves are unlined. This is a short dress that has a great flared skirt. There is some wear and shattering in the interior lining, but these issues are not noticeable when worn.
