The most perfect 1950s tulle dress I've ever seen! Ft and flare style will make you feel like a princess! Textile is the softest mesh netting in a color that is difficult to describe... Dusty Rose? Taupe? Blush? The bodice is fitted with short sleeves, the skirt is full circle. Matching mesh textile is folded into a ruffle and attached to the surface of the dress in an intricate design with sequins sewn between the ruffles. This design is very tight on the front and back of the bodice and continues down the skirt. The waist has a velvet band that hooks in the back. The base/lining of the dress is lined in pink opaque taffeta, the bodice taffeta is covered in mesh and is boned for support. There is a waist tape inside the dress for reinforcement. The skirt is full circle with 4 layers of tulle mesh. Absolutely gorgeous!
