XS 1930s Sheer Black Silk and Lace Dress and Jacket

Sold Out

Product Details

This listing is for one dress and one jacket. The textile is unmarked but feels like silk. Old Hollywood glamour, black gown and jacket. The bias gown is a sheer silk with lace panels in a criss-cross design with lace panel inserts at the hem. The open jacket in the same lace has small puff sleeves and a flutter back. These stunning pieces are in strong condition and can still be worn.

Condition Details:Very good - The back of the bodice of the dress has two small repairs to the silk. There is a small hole in the left side seam where the lace meets the silk at the knee. There are faint discolorations and spots in various places around the hem of the skirt. The jacket has small holes in the upper center back and on the top of the right shoulder. There is a small hole in the lace on the upper right placket, and a small repair has been done on the back of the left shoulder. Strong and wearable, presents beautifully!
