The textile of this dress is unmarked, blue and green sharkskin, with flocked velour on the skirt that has worn off in places. Fabric is lightweight, suitable for year round wear. Off the shoulder style with puffed sleeves and a gathered bodice, and there is a stiff under layer beneath the skirt. There is overall general wear to the fabric, with the blue of the sharkskin textile showing through the green (around the neckline area). There is also one spot at the waist on the front of the dress where the white piping is starting to show through the fabric. This dress is still in very sturdy condition with many parties left!
