XS 1990s Geoffrey Beene Long Sleeve Autumn Day Dress with HUGE Sweep

This listing is for one dress. Textile is unmarked jersey. The first thing to note about this dress is its incredible hem sweep of 40 feet! Outstanding. More intriguing details abound: a ruched bodice and gatherings at the shoulders, slim fitting sleeves and zipper cuffs., and three decorative circular decorations below the neck. And then there is the trim - an oh-so-delicate blue, green and red plaid ribbon stitched to the dress at collar, cuffs, decorations, and miles of hem, with lovely gold thread. The overall color of the dress is tough to describe, but it could be considered a dark rich olive or loden, certainly somewhere warmly between green and brown. This is a special dress ready for a holiday party or other winter fête.
