1920s Art Deco Layered Silk Cape
This listing is for one cape. The textile is unmarked, silk satin and silk chiffon. This cape has an open fit and one thumb loop on the right end point (not on the left). Incredible construction and finishing work would be perfect for study. An amazing piece that is strong and wearable.
Condition: Very Good - This cape has an overall ombre effect, due to color fade that has resulted in shades of black and brown. There are multiple areas of faint discoloration on the front and back (mostly on the collar area) of this piece, and one hole in the lining (at the center back seam). These issues are incredibly subtle, and this piece is beautifully made and so unique!
