1930s Bias Cut Silk Halter Dress

Product Details
This silk velvet dress is bias cut to accentuate your curves. The perfect, slinky 1930s party dress or romantic formal gown. This dress is an empire waist style with a faux halter top design, bias cut with an asymmetric hem. The bust is burgundy velvet, behind the neck there is a faux tie with 3 velvet panels. Very pretty. The skirt of the dress is very sheer. The textile is two tone, with gold metallic threads throughout giving it a beautiful sheen. The hem is asymmetric and hangs at an angle. This gown is low cut and sheer, not for the faint of heart!
There is a slight discoloration/texture change in an area below the wearers left breast in the velvet. It looks like it might have been residue from something sticky. The velvet in this small spot/area is now a touch stiff and slightly darker than the rest of the velvet. It is slight, and not obvious when worn. No other issues to note, presents beautifully! It fit my mannequin nicely, 31/24/34. Please be aware, this piece is not made for someone with a large cup size.
