1950s Black Dress with Double Breasted Decorative Buttons

The textile of this dress is unmarked, black. This dress has short, cuffed sleeves, double breasted decorative buttons on the bodice, a fitted waist, and a lovely full skirt. There is one small hole at the waist, one hole near the skirt hem, wear to the buttons, one red mark on the skirt, and discoloration under and around the arms (see images). Despite these issues, this dress is still very wearable.
