The textile of this short sleeve dress is chiffon, printed in shades of blue and green. The bodice of this dress has a V shaped panel from collar to waist that is ruched, and the short sleeves are ruched with rhinestone details. Slim, fitted bodice with a slightly dropped waist and full skirt. There is a tulle petticoat under the skirt. Dress is fully lined in blue.
