A gorgeous, classic silhouette in a great blue color! The textile is 100% cotton in blue velvet, and this piece is fully lined. This coat has long sleeves with a button front and belted waist. There is one area with a loose seam in the lining of the jacket (near the vent in the hem), but this is very subtle and is not visible when worn.
