This might be my favorite dress in the shop, a little black dress with a dramatic twist! The bodice is nicely fitted and made of two layers of sheer black lace. The bishop sleeves are absolutely huge, sheer and tightly fitted at the cuff with satin ruffles and a starburst rhinestone button. Black ribbon waistband and an op art skirt. Skirt hem has satin ruffles to match the cuffs which add a nice weight to the hem. Please be aware that the bodice is completely sheer, whatever you choose to wear (or not wear) underneath will be visible. Wearer's wrist can be no larger than 6". If your wrist is larger, you can have the cuff altered, buttons can be moved up to 1".
