This is an off shoulder evening gown by Vicky Tiel Couture. Subtly sexy for the modest vixen, gorgeous for any formal occasion! Textile is a soft, thin, fine mesh, rayon/nylon blend in navy blue. Bodice is ruched with lightweight boning for support, gathers at the hip with a blue satin applique. Plunging sweetheart neckline sits off the shoulders. Soft mesh gathers at the top of the shoulder, sleeve is single layer sheer mesh. The skirt is straight with a center slit, the slit is covered with a gathered mesh sash that ends at the top of the applique over the hip. Textile has some stretch, measurements are taken with the garment pulled comfortably snug, but not overly extended. Beautifully made, has a nice sexiness without being too revealing.
